The owners purchased this property in 2019, and have updated the property!  This 2,000 square foot single level condo overlooks the Gulf of Papagayo and is directly across the bay from the Four Seasons Resort.  It is located in Playa Hermosa, which is 25 minutes from the Guanacaste Airport in Liberia, Costa Rica and on the Pacific Coast in northern Costa Rica.   It has 3 bedrooms and accommodates 6 adults. It has a fully furnished kitchen, comfortable furniture and furnishings, The condo has been updated recently with new paint, mini-split air conditioners in all rooms, microwave, dishwasher, 65 inch flat screen TV, tankless water heater, North American plumbing fixtures, a smoke detector, and a carbon monoxide detector.  Playa Hermosa is a small, quiet town, with a grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants.  Mariners Point is perched on a hill, overlooking the bay, and is a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach where you will find several beach front bars and restaurants.  The town of Playas del Coco is a twenty minute drive, and it has a larger "North American"-style grocery store, several smaller markets, as well as many restaurants and bars to choose from.  Playas del Coco, or "Coco" is a larger tourist town for shopping and dining.  Wal Mart is on the road to Liberia, past the airport from Playa Hermosa.  Playa Hermosa has a number of restaurants and small cafes ("sodas") to choose from, and the beach at Playa Hermosa is a world class, blue flag beach.

Fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, hair dryers, coffee maker, big screen TV, new tanklesss hot water heater, private pool with unheated jacuzzi,  BBQ, hi-speed internet, king size bed and two queen size beds, with three private baths,  There is also a community pool, daytime on-site maintenance staff and a security guard at night. The Mariners Point community is perched on a hill, so the walk down to the beach has a fairly steep hill.  The condo is on one level, and has a private garage, with one flight of stairs down from the garage.
